Through international competitions, prize-winners’ concerts, overseas residencies, and cross-regional masterclasses, we elevate Hong Kong’s position as a premier cultural hub while giving young artists their first steps into the global arts industry.

We view talent development as a long-term commitment. Our Mentorship Programme is a core pillar of Graceful Art, offering multiple pathways—from artistic mentorship and overseas university residencies to internships in arts management, festival production, and administration. This includes rigorous mentorship, masterclasses with visiting maestros, and overseas university residencies, ensuring that taking an instrument from a local practice room to an international conservatory is a tangible reality, not just a dream.

We support young people not only in becoming performers, but also educators, arts managers, and future cultural leaders.

We believe exposure to world-class art should be a right given to all students, not a privilege. We actively promote social mobility for underprivileged and grassroots youth through our mentorship program and provide scholarships for our programs to talented students, utilizing classical music as a powerful tool for social inclusion.
